Stay ahead of your competition and be an innovator by showing your clients the newest building products on the market. By using the hottest style and color trends, you gain an advantage over competitors that remain stagnant in product selection options. Here are some of the great, new building products just introduced this year.

Exterior Solutions

Dark colors are very popular today, and new technology allows for more color options than ever before in low maintenance products, like vinyl siding.

For example, Certain-Teed has released four new dark colors: Midnight Blue, Slate, Espresso and Castle Stone. These rich-looking colors are available in the Monogram, Restoration Classic, Board & Batten and the Northwoods Collections. A MYERS Building Product Specialist can assist you and your client with a wide variety of siding selections.

Decked Out

Once again, outdoor living is a priority with consumers today, inspiring AZEK Decking to add three new colors to enhance their already extensive offering. AZEK’s Vintage Collection, a low maintenance PVC decking, has added Coastline, English Walnut and Weathered Teak to their color palette. These new colors offer more options for your clients, but don’t worry, MYERS can help by showing them all the options in our showrooms.

Beautiful Ceilings Outside

While a white beadboard ceiling gives a nice, traditional touch, you can now provide your clients with a rich-looking, woodgrain ceiling that will contrast with your typical white exterior trim boards. The Canvas Series from Versatex, combines the beauty of wood, and the durability of PVC. New this year is the color “Amber”, which mimics vertical grain, Douglas Fir boards. This lighter color has been added to the other three Canvas Series colors of Black Cherry, Macore and Walnut. This 1×6 T&G WP4 pattern features a beveled edge that forms a v-groove when installed together. Versatex Canvas Series can be used for exterior or interior ceiling applications, and never needs re-staining.

Urban Contemporary Look

Never heard of Dekton? Dekton by Cosentino, is a sophisticated blend of raw materials used to produce the very latest in glass and porcelain as well as the highest quality quartz work surfaces. This ultracompact surface can be used for countertops, flooring, walls and exterior rain cladding. It is highly resistant to scratching, UV rays, stains, heat, abrasion and thermal expansion. The New Industrial Collection is composed of four colors that reflect a rustic and urban style, combined with all the attributes of Dekton.
